We’re always interested in meeting skilled, motivated people who care about the craft of landscaping and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. Whether your experience is in landscape construction, fine gardening, irrigation, masonry, or landscape maintenance, our projects offer the opportunity to work on distinctive residential properties throughout the Greater Boston area. Below are some of the roles we regularly look to fill as our team continues to grow.

Our crews work throughout Greater Boston, MetroWest, and Cape Cod, caring for residential landscapes in communities such as Weston, Wellesley, Concord, Dover, Lincoln, and Sudbury. Team members typically begin their day at our Sudbury headquarters, then travel to job sites across the region to build, plant, and maintain high-end residential properties. This variety means our crews work on a wide range of landscapes—from detailed garden spaces to large estate properties—while gaining experience with different site conditions, materials, and landscape styles across the Boston area.
