about this property
A unique combination of a low stone wall with a fence topper, set downslope, solved one of the major design challenges presented by this project—to acquire an unencumbered view of the water from both the pool and the dining terrace, all while providing the necessary fencing to meet code. Meanwhile, reclaimed granite pillars lend substantial structure at the entrances to the pool.
