Weston, MA | Thoughtful use of scale and proportion was central to creating a balanced composition, where structured patio spaces are framed by generous planting and organized around a central lawn. These elements establish a calm, cohesive sequence of outdoor rooms while guiding a graceful transition from the home to its natural surroundings. In parallel, the homeowners sought to elevate and clarify the experience of arrival for guests.

Our design team responded by reimagining the guest approach through a newly defined parking court that improves circulation and establishes a clear, intuitive connection to the entrance. The edges of the court were reinforced with substantial deciduous and evergreen plantings, softening the geometry while creating a welcoming sense of enclosure that ties architecture, circulation, and landscape into a unified whole.
